PCFP command-line fonts for DOS

Introduction

This is an old set of fonts for the DOS command-line (full-screen mode only). They work by overwriting VGA RAM character bitmaps with new ones. These utilities aren't memory resident, so the bitmaps get reset by any events which change video modes. These fonts were made, using an editor by Michael J Mefford, by Peter Caffin.
